Project Overview
The onset of COVID brought with it issues with customers picking things up. I was tasked with designing an interface to add to the site that would allow customers to schedule pickups while adhering to the new COVID protocols. After lockdown restrictions were lessened, we found customers enjoyed the new scheduling system so it was kept in place.
My Contributions
I was responsible for the design and front end coding of the interfaces. User journeys were already created, so I did wireframes, hi-fi mockups, interactive prototypes, and ultimately coded the product in html/CSS. I worked closely with the VP of marketing to make sure we had accounted for every use case, and with the CTO to implement effectively.
